Jacques-Philippe Piverger
Our Founder
My inner journey began long before I was conscious of it. Martial arts, yoga, and meditation were not choices I made but gifts my parents offered, seeds planted before I understood their significance. My path began with judo and wrestling, disciplines that taught me the language of movement and the power of focus.
In 2010, I began to explore yoga, breathwork, and meditation with greater depth. These practices became a refuge and a revelation, particularly during a pivotal moment in 2011 when I underwent shoulder surgery.
As I moved through the world of business and philanthropy, founding companies, supporting overlooked entrepreneurs, and working to create systemic change, I saw a common thread: the same principles that guided my physical and spiritual training applied just as much in the boardroom as they did in the dojo.
Discipline, resilience, awareness and adaptability were not just tools for personal mastery; they were the keys to meaningful leadership, impact, and transformation.

Entrepreneurship is high stress by nature, but The Mindful Arts framework gave our founders permission to pause, look inward, and reconnect with why they started their company in the first place. This wasn’t just a talk. It was human, grounding, and deeply needed. Through movement and reflection, we stepped out of our heads, back into our bodies, and left feeling calmer, clearer, and better equipped to lead.
